China Tang was named Best Restaurant of the Year in Egon Ronay’s Guide in 2006 – the first Chinese restaurant to win this accolade. Since its opening in 2006, China Tang has been meticulous about creating the best Cantonese food outside of Canton and Hong Kong – employing five professional top chefs from China. Coupled with a highly trained staff, within an ambiance that was specifically designed to induce comfort with style, China Tang will continue to cater for the most discerning diners.

China Tang and David Tang are always ardent about things Chinese, especially in Britain. This is what CHINA NOW specifically promotes.
