we”). We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number [1118156] and have our registered office at 16 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A 3ED. CHINA NOW is a registered charity.

8 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by English law. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Website although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
9 Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
No provision of these terms of use is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not a party to such terms.
