A joint publication project produced in collaboration with Chelsea College of Art & Design and Ctrl+P Journal of Contemporary Art. A critical analysis,/debate around CHINA NOW and the issues such initiaives raise. Focussing on the current spotlight on China and similar large-scale gestures and projects, the publication will aim to open a space for critical debate concerning large-scale initiatives focused on China and suggest alternative strategies and long-term initiatives to give voice to non-Western arts pracitioners.
