In the run-up to the Olympics, China’s not exactly getting the best press at the moment. So it would be easy to forget the huge influence China continues to have on world cinema- think Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and House of Flying Daggers for starters. CHINA NOW – the UKs largest festival of Chinese culture – is touring the country with a wide range of mainstream and timeless Chinese fare.
